Cape On, Moms, Dads, and Caretakers!

We hope these Lil’ Adventures are teaching you and your kiddos about feeling emotions and empowering you to do so in a healthy and responsible way.
The handy dandy discussion guide to follow can help you go deeper into these important conversations about emotions, as well as open a discussion around the social justice topics addressed in the stories.
Feeling and developing a healthy relationship with our emotions is a lifelong journey, and together, we can help point our kids along the way. We encourage you to be open, revealing some of the toughest emotions you’ve experienced in a way your kids can understand. Then invite them to do the same and be ready to hold space and support for whatever comes up. Remember what Mrs. Moo says: “Feeling emotions is our right as human beings!”
